Working at height medical will help ensure that your employees are medically fit to be working at height.
The Working at Height Regulations 2005 state that all employees who work at height should undergo a medical assessment to reduce the risk of falls and injury.
A place is considered ‘at height’ if there is considerable risk that an employee may be injured from falling from such place, and surprisingly, this can include places that are at or below ground level.
Working at height include abseilers, cherry picker drivers, scissor lift controllers, riggers, miners, rooftop workers and telecom engineers.
